1. Our Commitment

At Assignivo, we are committed to delivering high-quality academic writing that meets your requirements. We stand behind our work and want every client to be satisfied. If you are not happy with your order, we will do everything reasonable to make it right.

We encourage clients to request revisions before requesting a refund, as most issues can be resolved quickly through our revision process.

2. Full Refunds

You are eligible for a 100% full refund in the following situations:

  • No writer was assigned to your order and work has not been started
  • Your order was not delivered within the agreed deadline (and you have not received the work at all)
  • You placed a duplicate order by mistake — contact us within 1 hour of payment
  • You cancel your order before a writer begins working on it

3. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The delivered work does not meet the stated requirements despite revision attempts
  • The order was delivered significantly late (after the agreed deadline)
  • The work contains critical factual errors that cannot be corrected through revision
  • You cancel the order after a writer has started but before delivery — the refund amount depends on the proportion of work completed

Partial refund amounts are assessed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.

4. Revision First Policy

Before a refund is considered, we strongly encourage you to request a free revision. Most quality concerns can be addressed through our revision process:

  • Basic plan: 1 free revision within 7 days of delivery
  • Standard plan: 3 free revisions within 14 days of delivery
  • Premium plan: Unlimited revisions within 30 days of delivery

If revisions have been exhausted and you are still unsatisfied, you may then escalate to a refund request.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The work was completed as specified and all instructions were followed correctly
  • You changed your mind after work was completed
  • You received a poor grade (we cannot control how your institution assesses the work)
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete instructions and declined the offered revision
  • The refund request is made after the revision window has closed
  • The order involved add-ons (plagiarism check) — these are non-refundable once generated
  • Fraudulent chargeback attempts — these will result in account suspension

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your order
  2. Click "Request Revision" first — if your concern is quality-related
  3. If unresolved, contact our support team via the Contact page
  4. Include your order reference number (e.g. ASN-0001) and a clear explanation
  5. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks on orders where work was delivered as specified will be contested and may result in account suspension and referral to debt collection.
