Revision requests must be consistent with the original order instructions. Changes to the original scope of work may incur additional charges. Revisions are not applicable if the original instructions were followed correctly.

Upon full payment, the completed work is transferred to you for personal use as a reference document. Assignivo retains no rights to the content. However, writers retain moral rights and Assignivo retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable excerpts for internal quality and training purposes.
Assignivo's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of academic standing or reputation.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
