Terms of Service

By accessing or using Assignivo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Assignivo provides academic writing assistance, including essays, research papers, dissertations, presentations, and other academic content, produced by qualified writers for use as reference, model, and research purposes.

Important disclaimer: All work delivered through Assignivo is intended solely as a reference tool, model paper, or research aid. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that the work is used in compliance with their educational institution's academic integrity policies. Assignivo does not condone academic dishonesty.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• All orders must be paid in full before work commences.
• Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are per page (275 words) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorise Assignivo to charge the specified amount to your payment method.
• Order details (pages, deadline, tier) cannot be changed after payment without contacting support.
• Rush orders placed with insufficient time may be declined at our discretion.

• We will make every effort to deliver orders by the agreed deadline.
• Deadlines begin from the time full payment is confirmed and all required materials/instructions are received.
• In rare cases of unforeseeable circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible if a deadline cannot be met and will offer a fair resolution.
• Assignivo is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or unclear instructions provided by the client.

Revisions are available according to your chosen plan:

• Basic: 1 free revision within 7 days of delivery
• Standard: 3 free revisions within 14 days of delivery
• Premium: Unlimited revisions within 30 days of delivery

Revision requests must be consistent with the original order instructions. Changes to the original scope of work may incur additional charges. Revisions are not applicable if the original instructions were followed correctly.

• All work produced by Assignivo is written from scratch and is original.
• We do not resell or reuse work delivered to clients.
• A plagiarism report is included with Standard and Premium orders, and available as an add-on for Basic orders.
• Writers are strictly prohibited from using AI-generated content unless explicitly requested by the client.

• We will never disclose your identity or order details to any third party without your consent.
• Writers assigned to your orders are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit delivered work as your own in academic institutions where this is prohibited
• Request content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

Upon full payment, the completed work is transferred to you for personal use as a reference document. Assignivo retains no rights to the content. However, writers retain moral rights and Assignivo retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable excerpts for internal quality and training purposes.

Assignivo's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of academic standing or reputation.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
