Terms of Service

By accessing or using Assignivo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Assignivo provides academic writing assistance including essays, research papers, dissertations, presentations, and other content, produced by qualified writers for use as reference and research purposes only.

Disclaimer: All work is intended solely as a reference tool. It is the client's responsibility to ensure use complies with their educational institution's academic integrity policies. Assignivo does not condone academic dishonesty.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

• All orders must be paid in full before work commences.
• Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are per page (275 words) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• Order details cannot be changed after payment without contacting support.

• We make every effort to deliver orders by the agreed deadline.
• Deadlines begin from when full payment is confirmed and all required materials are received.
• Assignivo is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or unclear instructions from the client.

Revisions are available according to your plan:

• Basic: 1 free revision within 7 days of delivery
• Standard: 3 free revisions within 14 days of delivery
• Premium: Unlimited revisions within 30 days of delivery

Revision requests must be consistent with the original instructions. Changes to the original scope may incur additional charges.

• All work is written from scratch and is original.
• We do not resell or reuse work delivered to clients.
• A plagiarism report is included with Standard and Premium orders.
• Writers are prohibited from using AI-generated content unless explicitly requested by the client.

• We will never disclose your identity or order details to any third party without your consent.
• Writers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit delivered work as your own in academic institutions where prohibited
• Request content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

Upon full payment, the completed work is transferred to you for personal reference use. Assignivo retains no rights to the content.

Assignivo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of academic standing.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
